Karens Kuchens

A Black Sea Kuchen recipe handed down 3 generations made the old fashioned way. My recipe isn’t found in any cookbooks and Karen wont give out the secret recipe. A lot more fruits and different flavors created by Karen make eating kuchen an adventure. Back in the day Prune and Cottage Cheese were the flavors that were baked. Even Carrots and Onions were used to make kuchen. Am sure if they had Apples and Plums the Germans from Russia would use them for kuchen. Karen started her business in 2007 after her kitchen was licensed.  Karen has shipped kuchen to every State in the USA.  In 2018 Karens Kuchens was voted by fans as the number 1 kuchen nationally.  Karen holds this honor close to her heart!
