Anethum graveolens (Leaf harvest 40-45 days; dill seed 85-90 days) Most widely grown dill variety with good seed and leaf yields. The edible seeds and greens are a must for making pickles and a flavorful addition to sauces and many foods. The foliage is known as dill weed. Both the seeds and dill weed can be collected, dried, and stored for out-of-season enjoyment. Succession planting will extend harvest windows.

Growing Notes
Recommend direct seeding in spring as soon as the soil can be worked. Planting depth: 1/8-1/4 inch. Spacing: 2 seeds/inch. Avg. Days to Germ.: 7-21. Final spacing of 4 inches in row with 12
inches between rows for vigorous, healthy plants. Can be started indoors and transplanted. Full sun. Moderate water.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING                            We can arrange to ship U.S. orders via 2-day shipping. Charges for orders sent with expedited shipping will be based on actual freight charges. Please call us at 701-883-4416 for a quote. Most orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CST will ship the same day. You will receive tracking info for the shipment via email. TRACKING YOUR ORDER  When you check out, if you provide us with an email address we will send you an email when your package is mailed. That email will include a tracking number so you can track its delivery.  On the day of delivery you will receive an email stating your package has been delivered. If you do not receive your package, please notify us within 30-days and follow-up with your local post office and carrier.  They scan every package at the delivery point and most scanners have a GPS tracker, so they can tell where they were when they scanned the package. Please help us help you by contacting us as soon as anything goes wrong, so we can help find your package and get it to you ASAP! We back our seed with our full guarantee. We want you to be 100% happy with the seed that you buy from us. *If any seed you buy from Prairie Road proves to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. In keeping with the custom of the seed trade, Prairie Road Organic Seeds shall not be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed. Prairie Road Organic Seeds does not cover return shipping costs. All special orders are non-refundable. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know when your refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
