Disclaimer: We thoroughly test our spray for color safety, but we do recommend doing a test patch on your fabrics in a hidden area to be sure there won’t be any discoloration. Some scents will oxidize to darker colors, this is a normal reaction to sun exposure and does not affect product usage.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). Damages/ Lost Mail We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We do our best to ensure products are safely packed to avoid damages. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Refund Policy

Refunds A full refund will be given if a product is defective and returned back to us for inspection. Defects do not include: Lack of noticeable scent, those afflicted with Covid have suffered changes to their olfactory system in ways we have no control over. Discoloration, this is a normal oxidizing of some of our products and does not change product function.

Process To initiate an exchange or refund, email us at amorepastecreations@gmail.com with your order number, first and last name, and reason for requesting. We will get back to within 2-3 business days. Returns At this time we are not accepting returns, but will gladly offer exchanges on all products. Exchanges If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us in exchange for another product of equal or lesser value. All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the received date. All exchanged items must be in working condition and undamaged. If you do not want an exchange we will issue a store credit to you. If you are shipping a product back to us for exchange, we will provide a shipping label to you for the return and your exchange will be shipped to you free of charge. For our local returns we will set up a time for the exchange. Exceptions These products cannot be exchanged/returned: Opened Lip Balms Used Candles or Wax Melts
