Cancellation Policy

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created, which is typically within 3 business days. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.   IMPORTANT NOTE: I will be undergoing a minor procedure on 5/10/22. Due to recovery time, it is estimated that any orders after this date will have an extended wait of 4-6 weeks from May 10th. If you cancel an order in this time frame, no cancellation fee will apply.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Knotty Reins Paracord. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date order was received to make a return. A 15% restocking fee will apply. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return does not need to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Please take care to ensure all measurements accurate. Items may be exchanged only if item does not fit as intended. Original order must meet the return policy criteria as stated above and shipped back to Knotty Reins. Replacement item will be the same colors and braids as original order. Shipping for the replacement item is at buyer's expense.
