Our Green Apple and Ginger pairing will make you wonder what you will have to do to get more! We don’t grow the apples but, we know the guy who does; his name is Greg. Greg grows his apples in Minnesota, without herbicides or pesticides, which we like, A LOT, and you should too. We take the juice from his apples and we blend it with the juice from fresh ground and pressed ginger, giving it a unique flavor that can be used as a glaze on pork loins, mixed into stuffing, or slathered on brisket. Put the syrup into your favorite tea, or mix into your favorite Asian coleslaw recipe!

Our Syrups and Jellies are made from herbs and berries we primarily grow on our farm, with locally sourced honey instead of sugar.
