ALL sales are final! NO refunds, exchanges, or store credit given. Please be specific about sizes, personalization, fabric, font, and color requests if you are placing a custom order. If you are unsure of your options, contact me. If a specific font is not requested I will typically use a font that coordinates with the design purchased. I take great care with each item to ensure accuracy, however, if a mistake has been made on my part please contact me immediately so I can work with you to correct the issue. Any item that has had a mistake made on my part MUST be returned to me within 3 DAYS, in its original condition and not used. Most items take 2-3 weeks to make as they are handcrafted.  Refunds are not given for failure to plan accordingly.   I have a rush charge available if you need your item before the 2-3 week turnaround. Once payment is made, no cancellations are allowed.
