Shipping Policy
Products will be made and shipped out to you as soon as possible . Most orders will ship through the USPS unless I can find a better or cheaper to save you on the shipping cost .
Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted on items that are in-store designs or what I call on hand products . On custom special orders or custom designed orders refund will not be available. I say that only because I will always give you at least 2-3 options to choose from on custom designs. You will have time to go over the options and tell me what changes you would like to the design and I will do my best to make all adjustments asked for. Once the product has been made it has now become personalized to you and no one else so I'm unable to resell it. All aspects of your order will be discussed before anything moves forward with your order .
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The same applies here as does with the refund policy . The only difference will be that cancellations will be only accepted within 2 days after final approval on your side of the custom designed orders . If you have any questions on anything please get ahold of me and we can see what I can do. Exchanges will be possible depending certain circumstances.
